Soho House Garden & Tavern

Project oversight and design direction including layout, custom furniture and lighting design, and vintage sourcing while Senior Designer at Soho House.

Set in the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles, the garden at Soho Warehouse is a transformative space. The furniture is primarily custom, designed in-house. Designs reference both the adjacent rustic tavern, originally used as a loading dock and classic Southern California teak pieces.

The adjacent tavern incorporates many of the same pieces found in the garden. Handblown glass globes and leather banquettes slightly elevate the otherwise casual space. The double height backbar becomes a focal point housing locally commissioned ceramics and custom lighting.
